What is your refund policy? If you would like a refund, please contact us at december@decembermag.org. We will provide you with a refund for up to 30 days after your initial purchase or renewal charge. We do not offer prorated refunds. If you request a subscription cancellation more than 30 days after the initial charge, your subscription will be set to lapse at the next renewal date.
I need to update my shipping address and/or billing information. How can I do that? Log in to your account at decembermag.org/my-account and click on “My Account.” You’ll see your current subscription information and will be able to update it there.
Can I order back issues in print? Yes! Check out our web store for our available back issues.
